I'm Kylee
I’m a motherhood photographer based in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, and more importantly, I’m a mother myself.
It wasn’t until I had my own children that I truly understood how quickly everything changes. The tiny features that don’t stay tiny. The way they reach for you without thinking. The ordinary days that quietly become the most meaningful ones. Motherhood reshapes everything, including how I see and document it.
My work is rooted in preserving these early years honestly and intentionally. Not through stiff poses or forced moments, but through calm, child-led sessions that reflect your real connection. Like the way your child fits into your arms, the way they look at you, and the way this season feels while you’re living it.

Children don’t perform on command, and they shouldn’t have to. My sessions are relaxed and guided by your child’s natural rhythm. There is no pressure, no forced posing, just space for connection, movement, and real interaction to unfold naturally.

I love documenting the motherhood journey. It is the most beautiful yet terrifying thing I've ever gone through. And it deserves to be remembered and cherished.

My Philosophy
I don’t believe in forcing moments or recreating something that isn’t real.
The most meaningful photographs come from allowing your family to simply exist together. My role is to observe, guide gently when needed, and preserve what naturally unfolds.
Children lead the pace. There is no pressure to perform or behave a certain way. This allows your images to reflect your child’s true personality and your genuine connection as a family.
Years from now, these photographs won’t matter because they were perfect. They will matter because they were honest.
